Because of the one-of-a-kind, handcrafted nature of the products we are selling, returns will only be accepted under certain circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please read product descriptions carefully.
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item, and must be accompanied by a previously assigned return authorization (RA) number. For items damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Only regularly priced items may be returned—sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted unless the customer first receives a return authorization (RA) number. Contact us at email@example.com and state the reason you are requesting a return. We may contact you for more information, and if your return is approved, we will email you an RA number and give you instructions for your return.
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the item in error.
In all cases, our liability will not exceed the actual amount which you were charged, including the cost of the item, tax, and the original shipping charge. Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, a replacement may not be possible.

If you wish to exchange your product, please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the original product. Please note that we do not generally process straight exchanges; in most cases, the original item must be refunded and a new transaction initiated for the replacement product. You will need to obtain an RA number before returning the original item, and the same rules for returns will apply as stated above.
PRINT ON DEMAND
Some of our products are printed on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for print-on-demand products except in case of damaged or defective products. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days from receipt of the item and we will help you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether a refund or replacement is authorized as above. If you are entitled to a refund, then it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may opt to receive store credit for the value of your item, or to refund the original purchaser. Once the returned item is received with an RA number as specified above, a gift credit will be applied to your account or a refund issued to the purchaser as outlined above.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any return requires a tracking number. If your item is lost and you have not provided us with a tracking number, there will be no refund or credit given, no exceptions.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; therefore we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post your refund, and some banks may hold funds for a period of time. A credit card refund may take up to 30 days to appear on your billing statement. If you have checked with your bank or credit card company and they do not show your refund within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at email@example.com.
